Turkish Flat bread

Hi, does anyone have a good soft Turkish flat bread recipe? The type that can be used to roll up. All the ones I have tried are rather stiff, nice but not flexible at all. I would like this to use in rolling our own kebabs.

Try this one? just roll it out thinner than in the pic. Garlic is optional. Replace with sesame seeds for example.

Jodie, you could use this recipe, as suggested, however I think you need a recipe for Lebanese bread.

Judy and jodie, this looks really good. Or you could try the
Naan bread
that i posted. Just cover them with a tea towel as they come out of the oven. If you don't wish to light the oven cook them in a pan on top of the stove.
