Another great list - thank you!  I like the sound of most of these - especially the fettucini.  The kids love all things pasta and I've managed to make my own now we have our TMX!
I've been on Google for most of the evening trying to find Dulse flakes (for the unami paste) at a reasonable price - the price of the product is very cheap but the freight seems to be quite high if you are only buying the flakes so I'm now trying to find a place that also sells other products which I might need in my TMX cooking.  So much for this machine saving me money!!!!!   ;D

Hi brumington where do you live? I know Perth people found local supplies of dulse in health food shops. I made umami paste once using part of a sheet of nori instead and it came out ok.

I'm actually in S E Qld.  I'm going to have a look in the local health food shop and see if they have it.  If not I'll buy online and add to my list of ingredients to buy!

Well, the good new is I called my local health food shop and they stock dulse flakes.  Will be buying on Sunday and making the paste.  Really looking forward to it.  Do they have to be Roma tomatoes?  I have a KG of normal tomatoes in the fridge needing to be used up.

Glad I'm not the only one!
I've just made my own sauce for an easy meal to put on pasta for the kids. It's quite yummy. Just need to grow in confidence I think.
