Paté de atún (Tuna paté)

Name of Recipe:  Paté de atún (Tuna paté) – not tested

Makes 600g

Ingredients 
100g butter
3 hard boiled eggs
300g tin of tuna, well drained
2 small tins of anchovies, well drained

Preparation: 
Put the butter in the  *: 2 minutes / 37° / Speed 1
Add the remaining ingredients 30 seconds / Speed 6, helping it with the spatula
Pour into a terrine and garnish to taste

Origin:  This is a translation of a recipe in Thermomix TM31 – Imprescindible para tu cocina which is the book supplied with Spanish TMXs.

its very nice achookwoman i would 1/2 the recipe if you are thinking of making it.

was not sure if i need a 300g can of tuna, or 300g of just tuna

i used a 425g tin and when i drained it was 300 grams, what a rip off .
i don't need a recipe i'm italian

I'm not sure if it means 300g net weight or weight including the oil / brine, but I suspect the former.
