They are very pretty Andie but I don't think I would have the patience to do it though :-\

No.  My cake decorating days are well behind me.  I spent years making fondant-covered cakes with cast sugar and pulled sugar decorations (and still have the burn scars on my hands to remind me).

I'm posting these links for the forum members who like to experiment with fancy decorations for extra special occasions.
