I love quiche & frittatas. I looked at the recipe & thought yes easy quick dish to make. Was a little concerned that it might be a little bland.
Substitute, Instead Of 100g of cheddar I used 50g cheddar & 50g of mozarella.
Yes it was was easy to make. Cooked in my oven for 30 mins, the red onion on top browned very quickly, was starting to burn.
In future I would thinly slice the vegetables instead of cubing.
The flavour of the fetta is strong, I did not expect it to come through as strong.
It lacked onions for me in the dish, the red onion on the top didnt really do it for me.
Would I make this again, probably not.
I will see what DH thinks.
