Just stopping by to say hi, am enjoying the sharing that takes place here. Have had my thermie since Feb and am loving it. Am making all sorts of things. Probably what I love most is the brown rice risotto with whatever I add, chicken , mushrooms, salmon, spinach !! Just 40 min and no stirring, got to love it !! Tomorrow am making my first ever ganache icing, god I hope it is as easy as it reads !! Thanks again for all the sharing !

Hello Pablo, welcome to the forum. As you have worked out, this forum is such a caring, sharing place to be and you are welcome to drop in as much as you want to share the fun and laughter we have here. It is not all about the TMX and food although we do get onto those subjects from time to time
Good luck with the ganache, please let us know how it goes.

Welcome Pablo, I haven't tried risotto with brown rice, I suppose it just requires a little extra cooking. the Thermo is great, no stirring.
