Uni, thanks very much for the recipe I would really like to try it on the weekend but have a few questions. With the eggplant and spinach do you just chop them up and I'm a little confused about the bechamel sauce, does some go into the dish when making or is it all poured over at the end when you put the cheeses on top? Sorry.

Thanks Uni. i really like the idea of the crumbs on the inside of the tin as well. Sounds quick and easy.

OMG I have not done that since the 60's. Why ever not.? It is always impressive and fun. The kids used to love it not knowing what is in the parcel.  Great presentation for leftovers too. Thaks for remindin me Fundj :-*
