It sounds very tasty. Cauliflowers were $6.98 here when I shopped. I thought they were a winter vegetable.

I made this for dinner tonight and garnished it with some chopped, cooked bacon. DD and I enjoyed it, but it wasn't popular with the males of the house, so I probably won't cook it again.
