Thanks again Gert for posting the photos. The cooking class was fun, first a trip to the market. Then we made the fresh spring rolls, then the fish amok and to finish off fried banana chefs special. I was given a DVD, recipe booklet, spices and a certificate.
It's our last night in Cambodia we fly back to perth tomorrow afternoon :(
Today we went on a helicopter flight over 3 or 4 temples, my first time in a helicopter, loved it. Then a bit of retail therapy in the markets, back to the hotel for a swim.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

The driver taking pictures whilst he was driving  :o :o

First time I have seen a completely skinned frog, I've eaten frogs legs many years ago.  Couldn't buy those poor little things though.

Braver than me Jen, that's another machine I would never get into without being dragged kicking and screaming ;D

Eek, didnt like the look of the frogs I'm afraid.
Lovely photos. Fly safely tomorrow Jeninwa and DH.

Judy I have been in a helicopter a couple of times. I have to close my eyes when they bank, but when I feel them level out I can open them again. DH won't go in one as he sat by the open door with the machine gun when he did his national service and hates them.
