Yes, I think Jo's site may have been the first place I heard about the tmx while researching different dairy free milks. It has been a valuable resource for me over the last few months.

The tmx makes a huge difference for families with dietary restrictions. Some friends have asked for recipes of food that I have made them, but is nearly impossible to get the same results with a food processor or blender.

Welcome Julie-Ann. You certainly have your cooking cut out for you catering for so many different things. I'm glad the TMX has been such a help to you.
