Have changed the menu to try & stay as close to my $100 budget.
16 adults & 17 kids.
Doing mini stockings for each child, bought the socks & will stuff them with lollies. This is not included in my budget.

Making 2 batches of crunch rolls, have all ingredients
Roast meats, silverside, lamb & pulled pork & gravy. Have these in freezer.
Mini pies & quiches, have most ingredients.
Nigellas sausages, have all ingredients
Dips & veg sticks, will make dips
Twistees, chips, & cheese & bacon balls, have these already

Cheese platter, seen boxes of cheeses for around$12 at supermarket.. Crackers, have these.
Carael slice, cookes n cream fudge, haver most ingredients
I love bimby cake or cup cakes

There will be a christmas cake made by a friend, plus I have a Lions one.

There should be about 6 plates people bring.

I am hooing that I will spend no more than $25-$30 on the party food

Do you guys think ths is enough food?

Sorry michele,  lovely photo,  forgot to post

I always worry that there is not enough food.

I woukd hate for people to go hungry & I always over cater, but am wondering if I am under catering.

Girls, I have moved Michele's wedding photo to a thread of it's own - Wedding Photos.  Add your own if you like.

Hally, there was one message I couldn't split from DG's posting regarding your party food quantity which was

Halex, I'm sure that will be fine. Sounds like a lovely evening is in store for all.

I think you have enough food there to feed a small army.  As you usually overcater, if you think it is enough then I imagine your judgement is correct. It sounds as if it's going to be a great day.
