A family favourite of my friends.  Here are a few photos of our lunch today indicating I hope the mmmmmm factor of this recipe.

I am sure a lot more people would have tried this recipe if a photo had been featured.

Hope you get the general idea that this quiche was really appreciated, by all generations.

My littlest grandson - yes, cherub is a beautiful description for him.

The credit for attention-drawing goes to my good friend Ruth who inspires me with her cooking and to another family member, Jackie, who loves this dish and wanted us to try it.

There is so much inspiration buried away in these old faithful books.  I love it when my customers and my friends teach me more about the Thermomix.

And just like any forum member I constantly feel grateful for the community here and what it offers on so many levels.
