Soft speed

what is the soft speed is it wpeed 1 or 2 or what?

Hiyya. Soft Speed usually means the whipped setting. This setting allows the mixture to be stirred very gently. Depends on the dish you are making. Try the whipped button, and if the result doesn't work, then try setting 1 or 2. Hope this helps.

Soft speed is the lowest setting on TM 31 - represented by a stirring spoon:

With TM 21 it equates to Speed 1.

Further to above - if you have a TM 21 then there is no soft speed - see the attached file "TM 21 - TM 31 Italian Style" in the post http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=109.0.
