You can either filter the syrup or leave it as it is. Clair recommends enjoying it in a glass of Prosecco or sekt.

Ingredients:

500g rhubarb
5 large strawberries
200 ml water
150 g sugar
10 g citric acid

Preparation:

1. Put all the ingredients in the TM and chop at speed 5.
2. Cook for approx. 15 minutes/100C/speed 2.
3. Remove the MC for last few minutes to reduce syrup.
4. Filter/Leave unfiltered and pour into clean bottles.

Sounds good - could also have with some Moscato d'Asti BB?

Sounds good over vanilla ice cream
