Robyn I wish you wee closer too. Finding a good massage therapist is difficult.  I like the one I use. He used to be a masseur for the Kookaburra's many years ago.  He does a good job, but is always telling me off for not relaxing.

When I massage, most of my clients are guys, as I love doing a deep tissue massage, and not a light relaxing one.

I had a massage 3 weeks ago, Bliss. :)

I usually get a deep tissue sports massage. Mostly my legs and gluts.  Sometimes when I am sore and he starts working deeply into a muscle I tense. It is a natural reaction. He usually then says something like It is your money and if you don;t relax you don't get the full benefit.

Don't be scared Amy. A good deep tissue massage might hurt a little while you are having it but is feels amazing the next day.
