broccolini in veroma
« on: August 17, 2012, 06:43:09 am »
Hello

Just wondering how long it would take to steam broccolini in the veroma.  We are having visitors for a roast lunch on Sunday (quite a few of them) and was trying to figure if i could steam the Broccolini on top while i made the gravy in the bottom.  i usually set my gravy on  veroma  for 20 mins.  Does any one know if this would work?

thanks
