CC, on Saturday we were at a local Farmers Market.  New stall run by a couple from Perth.  They had fruit cakes for sale.  Bit smaller than the one you made.  $14 , same recipe.  Must make one.  Thanks for the feed back and reminder.

Your cake looks lovely CC. I have a tin of pineapple in the pantry left over from Poh's Pineapple Jam tarts. I think it will become a fruit cake.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
