Quiche
« on: June 03, 2009, 05:59:21 pm »
I really fancy making a quiche this evening for dinner. However, having 5 thermomix books and not one recipe, not too sure where to start. Don't suppose anyone has a lovely quiche recipe, just a simple cheese & ham/bacon one? ;)
Obviously not a very Spanishy dish? ???

Probably too late for today, but here's a very simple recipe of a Quiche without the crust
