Tonight we are having curried crab on toast,  using Uni's chicken stock.

i have a chicken stock................................... really , i havent made a chicken stock , have i

OOOps,  should have said S.O.S,  sorry Uni. ;D

Julie,  not as fine as I would like..  I put my Lemon Dust through the Bamix wet and dry grinder and got it fairly fine.  What brand grinder do you have?  Does it reduce to powder .?

Chookie it's just an inexpensive Cuisinart one that works really well.  Have to do it in batches but it does get down to powder.  :)
