Success with the EDC Focaccia today! I did a search on here for hints and tips before I made it, which was great because I found out that the dough really was meant to be THAT sticky! You truly can find anything and everything TMX-related here  :)

Topped it with garlic-infused EVOO, sea salt and rosemary before baking. We even dunked it into the Malaysian Chicken Curry that I made for dinner tonight. Yum!
