Easy Banana Pancakes - Idea for Mum's Breakfast in Bed

Banana Pancakes- YUMMY!!!!
Easy one for Children to make for Mum for Mothers day xx
200ml Milk
2 TBS White Vinegar
2 TBS Melted butter
1 Teaspoon good quality Vanilla essence
1 Egg
2TBS Sugar
1TSP Baking Soda
1TSP Baking Powder
1/2 TSP salt
2 ripe bananas ( overripe fine too)
( Optional 1 grated apple this adds a great texture and flavor- leftover apple sauce can also be added instead of sugar)
Top with Maple syrup & sprinkle of cinnamon or Nutmeg

Add all ingredients to TM bowl and slowing turn dial to 5 for 20 seconds.

Cook in hot non stick pan- no need to butter ( butter in recipe) Turn when start to bubble, serve with Maple Syrup.

I'm not sure if it's just me, but I can't see a measurement for flour in this recipe. Am I missing the obvious or is it not there?
