Chocolate Mousse

Anyone got a lighter chocolate mousse recipe? The TMX app / UK cookbook version is too rich and I want to make something lighter.

Thanks Cornish Cream - got 500ml of organic cream in the fridge so was hoping to use that up

85% would be very rich, i like using milk chocolate for when i make mousse

I made this today with Lindt orange intense chocolate, they all loved it!! There wasn't one left for me, but that's OK I am gaining weight since I got TMX!!!!
