A very easy beautifully moist cake.Cooked exactly in 75 minutes.Reduced the temperature to 160c as I have a fan forced oven.
I made the cream cheese icing from the book too.Different from other recipes that I have used in the past.I only had 200g of cream cheese so reduced the rest if the recipe by a third but it still made a big quantity.
I didn't use it all decorating the top of the cake.
