Found this on the UK Thermomix website.Also gives you instructions for bone broth. :)

DinkyDi, when I make the veg stock concentrate, I roast my vegies first and it makes for such a nice broth when you add a couple of teaspoons (or to taste) to a mug of boiling water.  I had this many times during winter to accompany a toasted sandwich.
I use either this recipe or this one.
