Is it safe to put the thermo server in the freezer? I want to make some ice cream for the GD's and I don't have any metal bowls. Thanks

I think it would be fine Mab, I just put my ice cream mix into a plastic container with a lid .

Thanks for that Brenda. I have an ice cream container in the cupboard somewhere that I had forgotten about so must hunt it out.

I place the container in the fridge while I am churning the ice cream.

Mab I use Tupperware for my icecream with no problems. The slice tray works well for the first freezer without the lid. I then use a more compact square Tupperware container with lid for final freeze.
