Pistachio Paste
« on: December 05, 2012, 12:28:02 am »
Last year I bought a jar of the most heavenly pistachio paste - but I just about had to mortgage the house to buy it.  VERY pricey!

This year I'm going to make it myself.

Anyone else tried this?  The one I bought was sweetened and slightly creamy in colour.

I've never tried it Amanda - but it sounds excellent.  I'm looking forward to hearing about your results - I might have a go myself!
