Adapted the EDC rice pudding for my GF, DF, FS family requirements - it is creamy, has a caramel taste and is divine!!
Ingredients:
750g tolerated milk (I used Lactose Free)
200g white rice (rinsed well in cold water)
60g brown sugar
2 eggs (lightly beaten)
Method:
Put milk and rice in TM bowl, cook 35 minutes, at 90 degrees on Reverse + Speed 1.5.
Add sugar. Add beaten eggs through lid and mix for 1 minute 30 seconds on Reverse + Speed 3.
Pour into Thermoserver and allow to rest at least 10 minutes.
EDC suggested adding sliced banana, brown sugar or maple syrup to serve - I don't think any of these are needed for this tweak!
