I'm having friends round on Tuesday and some don't drink. Does anyone have a nice non alcoholic punch please?

I haven't tried these cookie, but I've always thought they looked nice. They are from a WW cookbook :)

Minted Lime Punch
1 lemon or lime, thinly sliced
Mint leaves
1 cup bottled Lemon and Lime Barley Water
1.25 litre bottle Club Soda Squash
1.25 litre bottle soda water

Freeze some mint leaves in ice cubes for serving.
Combine Barley Water, Soda Squash and lemon/lime slices. Add soda water just before serving.
Serve with mint leaf ice cubes.

Fruit Punch
450g crushed pineapple
Pulp of 3 passionfruit
1 cup lemon juice
2 cups orange juice
500ml soda water
1 tbsp sugar

Combine undrained pineapple, passionfruit pulp, lemon and orange juices and sugar in a large bowl or jug. Refrigerate until well chilled.
Add soda water just before serving.

They look nice, Amy.  I might start freezing some mint leaves in anticipation ...

Chop up fruit (kiwi, strawberrys, banana, pineapple, etc) and place in punch bowl. Pour in one large can of pineapple juice and mix in lemonade to taste. Simply but yummy. Even nicer if fruit is soaked in midori and vodka!!

Another one Cookie similar to one we had for a wedding many years ago, still have that recipe but it makes a lot and am not sure some of the fruit juices are still available. It had pineapple juice/pine/orange,pine/apricot etc in it.   This one is similar have not tried it.
Fruit Cooler
3 cups tea Chilled
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup lemon juice
1-1/2 cups orange juice, chilled
3 cups apricot nectar, chilled
1 large bottle ginger ale
ice cubes
In large jug combine tea, sugar, juices and nectar; blend well
Gradually add ginger ale. Serve over ice, garnish with mint sprigs. Makes 12 - 15 serves.
