I haven't tried them. Have you had a look at the ingredients list Hally?
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

...

Red Rock Deli Thai Chilli, Lemongrass, Coriander and Cashew dip

Ingredients: Cashews (30%), red capsicum, canola oil [antioxidant (320)], coriander (10%), chilli sauce [sugar, chilli (0.3%), red capsicum, garlic, vegetable gum (xanthan), thickener (1422), paprika, food acid (acetic acid)], lemon grass (2.5 %) [food acid (citric acid), vegetable gum (xanthan)] lime juice, lemon juice (sulphites), sugar, chilli (0.8%), salt, spices, food acid (citric acid, acetic acid), preservative (202), natural flavour.

Above is the ingredients I googled.

I think it would be similar to the capsicum cashew dip but omit the sundried toms use lemon and lime juice instead of vinegar fresh coriander, sweet chilli sauce, lemon grass (I would chop that finely maybe with a knife? Maybe a small garlic clove.

Isn't it shocking to read the additives list? Since getting my TM I can't remember the last time I bought dip and reading that ingredient list, now I know why I make my own!

Hally's, you should be ok if you add the oil last,  just a little at a time.  Make it like you would make pesto.

Thanks Megan, will look up the cashew capsicum dip, I think it might be the one from the varoma demo.
Yes the extra additives are shocking, I didnt buy the dip, a friend bought it over and I loved it. I have only bought about 2 dips since having my TM, I make los of different dips.

It is from the Varoma demo Hally. It's also in the EDC.
