I made this again yesterday, i found it tasted much nicer with a teaspoon of raw sugar added, more of a balanced flavour. ALsobetter if it sits in the fridge for a while before serving.

What a great idea GHM....I can imagine the raw sugar would make a difference, I'll have to make note of that :)
