Hi Renae, welcome to the forum.  I can imagine how excited you must be and the waiting period can be very painful.  However, you can fill that time by having a good browse of the forum and get some ideas, print out some recipes, get your pantry filled with items you think you may need and give the house a good clean because once the machine arrives, you won't want to waste good cooking time doing household chores.

Hi Renae. I am from Perth too. The advice you have received about getting everything done is so true. Once your machine arrives all you will want to do is use it.
When do you expect your machine to arrive?

Hi Renae
Yes the wait is hard (mine was 10 days just recently) but it did give me time to have a good surf of this wonderful forum and some others gathering much needed knowledge, ideas and inspiration in order to help me prepare for the big day.

I seemed to be burning the midnight oil with my nose in this forum, saving recipes, hints and tips as I found them which has been great to have to call on when needed. It really did help to pass the time help me feel more confident.
Good luck  :)

Welcome to the forum Renae...I think the only positive side of the waiting time is the chance to write a super long shopping list with all the new ingredients you'll need :)
I have a Facebook page with all things cooking, you'll find it here: https://www.facebook.com/What-Amber-Ate-1097437023601587/

Hi Renee, has or arrived yet?  You will love it when it is sitting on your bench.
