QJ's quick Egg Curry with Quinoa

I made Quirky Jo's Quick Egg curry with quinoa last night and it was very quick, very easy and very tasty. Just wanted to share my thoughts.  ;)

Snap! I made this last night too and it was easy and yummy. I steamed veggies in the Varoma and added chick peas as Jo suggested instead of eggs and we all really enjoyed it.

Made this tonight and it went down a treat! Used frozen peas/corn/carrot mix and for the last 2 minutes of cooking, I threw in some chopped silverbeet. All family members enjoyed it  :)
