Hi and welcome.
I was in your shoes about a month ago. I had been looking and thinking about buying a Thermomix, for weeks, but just couldn't quite make myself believe that it actually was capable of doing everything I had read about and all the videos I'd seen.
Well, I had my demo and was hooked within half an hour of being in the house, especially after tasting some delicious food. I have since made loads of things and I can only say that you should be very excited indeed about the delivery of your new machine. It has excelled itself in my kitchen and I'm sure you'll be completely hooked. I wish you hours of fun.

Thank you, everyone, for such lovely, encouraging responses.  It makes me feel very excited!  I've already bought a file with dividers, etc, for all the info and new recipes, and I'm trying to  decide what I want to make first.  There's so many ideas!!

Hi J if you see the icon in the top. Right of your screen you can subscribe to a topic and that will store it in your favorites. Sometimes ES if I want to quickly refer back to a recipe I just do a screen shot.  Enjoy tomorrow!!
