I had a search through the recipe community to see if corrected recipes have been uploaded there.

Found this one:

I am not sure if this has been changed from book to RC version, but I have heard that if you do not need a GF cake, the flour version is preferred.

I tasted is at a demonstration and it is a delicious cake.  At the Hobart class, it was served with strawberries and Grand Marnier filling, but, alas, I wasn't there to partake.
