Has anyone made a batch of these little ones and frozen the left overs? I am wondering if they would be a good dessert to have stashed in the freezer for when unexpected visitors pop around.

These pies are sensational. Have had a few people ask fir the recipe!!! Have saved this one!! If anyone is in Sydney you can buy corn syrup from Dijon foods

My DH who has pretty much ignored the TMX since I got it last July, decided to make a pecan pie.  Pastry was from For Food Sake (vanilla bean pastry) heres the result.
