I have Crio Bru, but I do think it's a bit over rated. It requires a great deal of the ground nibs to make one cup of brew. 4 tablespoons in a filter machine instead of the normal 2 tablespoons of coffee. It's meant to be a substitute for coffee and perk you up just as much. I only have one cup of coffee a day anyway, so can't attest to this.
It's best made in the TMX, but then you have to strain it. I dry out the grounds and use them in an exfoliating soap.
Cacao butter is cocoa butter, same thing. It's the fat that is in chocolate. You can buy it at Aussie Soap Supplies and attempt to make your own raw chocolate. It's not anywhere near like chocolate, but those who don't like to eat commercial chocolate, I guess it's a good substitute.
Real chocolate needs cocoa liqueur. You can't buy this ingredient as far as I know.
