I made a batch of these last night. No choc chips so I added chopped dried apricots and chopped walnuts :)

SD is playing in a concert today and all the players need to take a plate to share for afternoon tea. I made these but omitted the choc chips and put an easter egg inside each muffin :D

Pink = Turkish Delight
Blue = Top Deck
Yellow = Caramello
Green = Creme Egg

I love this recipe. It always works and its so easy.

I actually bought the Easter eggs specifically for the muffins Kimmy, so I have leftovers to use up now! ;D
