I found this recipe flicking through the books, looking for breakfast ideas for the baby!
Thought this sounded like a reasonably healthy, gluten free breakfast.
I only put in 400grams of milk, as I am always making recipes too soupy, but I should have stuck with the 500grams as it said.It has now dried a bit, so I'll have to reheat with more milk when I serve it up.
It is actually a nice tasting dish that I would eat for breakfast.
I plan to dish it up to the baby tomorrow with some thermie homemade yoghurt. I am sure he will like it, as it has just the right amount of sweetness in it.
