I made this recipe some time back but used chicken instead of beef.   I froze all the individual ramekins and just take one out when I want a quick meal.  Tastes great, I stuck to the recipe and didn't add any adult flavours for this one.

Made this today. I used casserole beef, that hadn't fully defrosted so not sure if it got processed adequately/properly. Some bits were a bit chewy once cooked.

I did find a bit bland but maybe I should've put more cheddar cheese on top but was rushed as my 5.5 month old had been crying.

Also, i would advise straining the beef mixture before putting into a baking dish or ramekin. I didn't do this and there was quite a bit of juice which spilled over the dish during cooking.
