Well I suppose I should be the first to start. I created this forum in order to help TM lovers  to get the best of both community spirit and making new friends. It's all about sharing. I love food and technology, so what better than to love TM  :) I love food from every country on this planet, and I love experimenting with food and flavours. I am really looking forward to receiving many dishes from around the world, here. Looking forward to meeting my new friends here.

Thanks - I'm not so much for technology in general - baffles me.  But I do love cooking dishes from all over the world and experimenting, as you have seen.

Hope I can contribute some recipes that people will try and improve on and report back.
