Oops sorry. Hope your patties turned out ok.

My patties I usually ad a grated carrot and onion, couple table spoons of French onion soup mix, couple tablespoons home made tomato relish, and salt and pepper and an egg to bind it all together.  I don't really have measurements but just throw it all in together.

The ones I made were pretty average, but I think the tomato relish would be nice - I'm going to make some of that. Do you use breadcrumbs?

No not normally. But I have done in the past

The ones I made were quite basic, and I found them to be too meaty, if that makes sense. I normally make them with breadcrumbs, and I was thinking that maybe that was what I was missing. I really didn't enjoy them. I'll give yours a shot and see how I go. :-)  Thanks again...
