This puree has a little more texture to it since the parsnip doesn't really puree as smoothly as pumpkin.
My little one was only too keen to gobble it up and complained by whinging if I took too long.
So far I've only been using water instead of milk as I struggle to express any significant amount of milk and can't be bothered either. She gets all her milk from breastfeeding anyway. I usually give her one feed a day at dinnertime but it seems that she would happily accept 3 a day if offered.
This puree was a sweeter one due to the roasting and quite nice and needed no butter.
