Yes he is a lovely guy. My son is a Hare Krishna and has cooked with him as well.

Yeah, I'll send him a plane ticket to come over to Germany to cook with us ;D I bought the DVDs and the cookbook because I ate at a Hungarian Hare Krishna temple (there is Hare Krishna valley there) and I was so impressed with how good and "clean" it tasted. Or I'll just have to start saving for a plane ticket to Australia so I can attend one of Kurma's cookery classes...

Hi Pam, there's a new Raw Recipes section now, so hopefully there'll be lots of vegan recipes in there soon! I've just added one for raw pasta, and hope to add more soon.  :)

I borrowed a cook book from the library called 'The Modern Vegetarian'

It has such a great range of vegan food, and much of it can be easily converted to TM recipes. It has a whole section dedicated to making bread, cooking with tofu and tempeh, it has some really wonderful looking vegan cake recipes. Next week I am going to make vegan coconut pie, it uses coconut oil instead of butter in the pie base. I can't wait!

This cook book is No.1 on my list of 'to buy' cook books.
