Hi from the Sunshine Coast :-)

Well after a year of wanting one I have finally ordered my Thermomix!
Ordered it last Thursday night so shouldn't be too far I hope.
I am so excited!! I am going to start Cindy Omeares 21 Day health kick the day my Therm arrives so have been studying her cookbook, writing lists in anticipation! Has anyone done this diet? Need to shift a few kilos before Summer!!
The first things I want to make a mayo, butter, tomato sauce, jam for my family. All the staples so we can become an additive free house!
I went a bit crazy and ordered a few cookbooks online.... In the mix, Indian, Asian, Raw, lunchboxes, and healing power of food. Should be set for a long while now!!
Hurry up my Thermomix! :-)

Hi Duffy and welcome to the forum. You will find lots of blogs for thermomix recipes
here.
if you check out our
reviews section
it may help you with cooking things from the books you have bought. It may also tempt you to buy more books. Tenina and Alyce Alexandra have good books.
Happy thermomixing.

Hi and welcome to the forum Duffy. I'm sure someone has tried the Cyndi's 21 day diet - good luck with it.

Hi Duffy and welcome. It's funny how we wait ages to purchase our machines and then race out and buy heaps of cookbooks 😉 Happy cooking.

Yay - just a tip ... decide what you want to make first and then check you have all the ingredients before Thursday, cuz you sure won't want to leave your new machine to go shopping!
