This is a winner for sure! It has a slight cinnamon taste, a nuttiness/grittiness from the almonds, and beautifully moist. Love the sweetened apples on top. I had to cook mine an extra 16 mins before it was cooked   5/5

I ordered a slice of something like this in my favourite cafe on Friday. It was lovely with a delicious dollop of organic yogurt.

Made this today and as others had mentioned I did have to cook for about 15 minutes longer than the recipe stated. I also only used 2 apples as I thought that looked a lot in my tin but would use the 3 next time as the apples cooked down.  I'm not eating sugar at the moment so I couldn't try it but family and visitors all really enjoyed it!
