I used beef dripping in place of the duck fat but wasn't really that keen - doesn't sound too healthy to me.  Turned out fine and tasted OK though.  I cooked them on the BBQ plate.  Dividing them into 12 seemed to make them too small, so I ended dividing into 6 and making bigger ones.  I  made them for the Chorizo Quesadillas, and really they were a bit big (too filling - about dinner plate size).  But if you were going to use them for sandwich wraps I think you would need to make them bigger.  Would be interested to hear what others think about this, and whether they would be OK for sandwich wraps.

I went to the supermarket looking for tortillas and couldn't find any. As I was standing there looking and looking and double checking, I had a thought that I probably had a TM recipe! Woolies and C*les don't stock duck fat anymore so fortunately the butcher did. This recipe is easy and definitely worthwhile. My DD has made them also and said in her opinion they are the best.

Note: each dough ball weighs approx 46g for this mixture
