Dial stiff & clicking when trying to turn
« on: October 31, 2013, 12:03:39 am »
Hello

I've had my thermomix for over a year and like everyone else - I love it!

I have not had any technical problems until now.... I'm finding it very difficult to turn the dial and when it does turn it clicks from one number to the other. It appears to be working fine once it's on. I don't want to make it worse by almost trying to force the dial around.

Has anyone else had this problem and know what's causing it or how to rectify it?

Many thanks  :)

Jamie

I'm guessing you have the lid clicked on properly?   ???
Don't know otherwise, hope you get it rectified soon.  :)

It sounds as though something is slipping or something. I'd give my consultant a call or Head office if you can't get hold of them.

Thanks guys. I really wish it was to do with the lid but unfortunately not :( I'll give the head office a call tomorrow.
Thank you both for your help!
