Cold conditions have returned to Adelaide so this went down well tonight. I made the soup yesterday and just had to cook the egg noodles in the Thermomix tonight. I really wasn't sure of serving long noodles with soup, would I eat it with a fork or a soup spoon?
I wanted to do what the recipe said so with both cutlery items in hand I tackled it. I used the fork to eat the pasta then when it got down to the last dregs, I switched to the spoon.
This recipe was by Judyta, the Polish lady who ran a class here some years back for Thermomix. A nice meal, nothing too fancy about this one, cupboard/fridge ingredients. I did sprinkle some parmesan on top of the pasta and used parsley instead of dill.
