House moving from Bangkok to Houston
« on: September 18, 2013, 05:44:53 am »
Morning All,

I'm going to move from Bangkok to Houston, please advice should I buy a new Thermomix in Houston or I can just bring over my current Thermomix and use it with transformer in Houston due to the different power/voltage? Thank you!!

Have a nice day!! ;D

Good luck with the move.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Never use a 220v motor on a transformer to boost the voltage. Texas is 120 but has different cycles than the 220v cycles in BBK. It will work but you will damage your thermomix motor in the long run....this post might be too late
