Well done Wonder, I knew you would smash it.
What were some of your favourite 12wbt meals?

Well done Wonder. I'm just wondering about her meal plans as I don't eat sugar, processed food, flour or potatoes, so not sure if it would work for me.

SoBlessed, you would probably like the meal plans. .. there are very few prepackaged/preserved/processed foods, little to no sugar and not much flour or potatoes
you might be able to request a sample of the meal plans...a few weeks ago they offered a sample menu plan I think.

Although there are breads etc I'm sure you could adapt to what suits you
and the menu plans are completely customiseable.

SoBlessed, as Jamberie has answered the meal plans are all customiseable so you could include only those dishes you are able to eat. I need to customise quite a bit to ensure I'm not making two meals and to take out and fish dishes. I also don't believe in eating low fat products so I always substitute for the standard product and not worry about the extra calories, as I said I'm fortunate to be losing without strict adherence to the calorie count so happy to use her recipes and meal plans as a base and work around them.
Katie, some of our favourites are:
- buttermilk pancakes with strawberries and bananna or we just heat up bluberries for a sauce which we find sweet enough with no sugar. I also normally take the few spoons of sugar out of the pancake mixture
- whole grain toast spread with ricotta and warmed mixed berries (this has become a favourit of DD for breakfast)
- chicken tikka. I use the TMX Tikka paste and then you only need a little stock powder, water and coconut cream. This has become a family favourite
- beef and broccolini stir fry
- I've been having cauliflower rice with anything that the family have normal rice
- sweet and sour pork. I always use fresh pineapple
- most of the stir fry recipes have been good and are quick to make
- steak with mushroom sauce and beans
Remembered a few more during the day
- cupcake quiches
- not so naughty nachos
- terayki stir fry, we did beef but cant remember if that was the actual recipe
